Jesus was on a mission. He resolutely set out for Jerusalem, where his mission would end with a brutal cross, an empty tomb and an opportunity for everyone to be saved. Jesus also commissioned us to spread the word about what he has done for us. (Matthew 28:18-20) When Christ's disciples take their mission seriously we experience all of the excitement that the Christian life has to offer. The Apostle Paul described his mission as being "all things to all men, so that I might save some."
